THANK GOD FOR FRUITS

I love food. Have you ever thought about life without food? Obviously, food is one of the delights of life. May the God that created food be eternally praised in Jesus name.
Fruits are the icing in my cake when it comes to edibles. I see them as foods that are prepared and spiced by our Maker Himself. Who else could have programmed so much sweetness into mangoes and oranges. Who could have put water inside coconut with no external opening?  Our God honestly deserves our praise continually.
However,  it is important to note that fruits are sweet only when they are matured and ripe. It is obviously a bad idea to feast on oranges or mangoes before they are ripe. They are not only bitter but will cause your teeth to be set on edge.
*Galatians 5:22-23 says,  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance :against such there is no law*
Standing in my kitchen in Caracas one evening, I looked out of the window and saw a mango tree with so many tiny seeds and the Teacher within me began a lecture. “As long as the branches stay connected to the tree,  those fruits will grow, mature and bless the world with their nutrients and sweetness”.
As children of the Most High God,  we all have the fruit of the Spirit. How ripe is yours? Do you bless the wold with your sweetness or you are acidic?
As branches of the True Vine, John 15 tells us to remain firmly connected. It tells us that without Him,  we can do nothing.
Jesus,  as our perfect example, went about doing good. May this be our testimony. May the God of heaven use us to bless  our world in Jesus name. Have a beautiful day.
